DMM CARDIAC ARRESTER

The DMM Cardiac Arrester is a clever, heart shaped figure of eight abseil device with two modes of friction; slick for fat ropes, less slick for skinny ropes 

The Cardiac Arrester has a subtle kinked shape which allows for this. If you’re using fatter ropes, flip it one way for a smoother ride. Conversely, if you’re using skinny ropes, flip it the other way for greater control.
